October 2013 – June 2022 : as member of the management team I advised 3 days a week the management, sales, procurement and technical departments in the Netherlands on general legal issues, contracting for outcome based services, major installation activities, European tenders and especially setting up consortia following joint bidding agreements with respect to complex multimillion European offers and follow up on contract award. Contracting with Shell, Bam, Ballast Nedam, Schiphol, Dutch State etc.

Advising on international multimillion-euro procurement tender (Facility Management agent agreement”) for Philips Real Estate department including drafting of the tender documents, drafting managing agent agreement, hard- and soft services (including IT) agreements + negotiation rounds.

September 2017 – February 2018 up to 4 days a week; emphasis on franchise- and rental agreements plus IT contracting and GDPR implementation.

I advise on project base small and mid-sized enterprises / start-ups on the protection of their intellectual property rights, IT and GDPR support. Supporting Joint development / R&D in the chemical and technological environment are here my key assets plus distribution and agency agreements.
